I’m Catherine Neuville, a professional coach helping rugby players and their families navigate life and club transitions.
Behind every move, there’s a human story. I support the player and the family — before, during, and after — so they feel aligned, safe, and focused.
My approach is personal, intercultural, and grounded in rugby values: trust, cohesion, and commitment.

Cathy NEUVILLE

With a Master’s degree in Organizational Coaching, and certifications in NLP and Transactional Analysis, I bring an authentic and deeply human approach, guided by the core values of rugby: solidarity, cohesion, shared truth, and full commitment.

Currently training in intercultural coaching and MBTI certification, I firmly believe that a deep understanding of cultural differences is key to successful and lasting integration for international players and their families.

I’m not here to “coach” in the generic sense — I prepare the ground long before they arrive.
I listen to what is said… and to what isn’t. To unlock energy and get things moving again.

My goal: to create a space of trust where the player and their family feel strong, aligned, and supported.

In life, just like in the locker room, unspoken tensions always find a way to surface — sometimes in a brutal way.
Better to hear them, name them, and transform that energy into collective strength.

A basketball coach is in an intense discussion with his team. He is wearing a gray suit and tie, leaning forward with a focused expression. The players surrounding him are in white and maroon jerseys with 'Denver' printed on them. One player is sitting and listening attentively while another stands with a pensive look.

Support like this is exactly what rugby was missing — the language barrier, admin procedures, distance... People don’t realise how much of a shock it can be for a foreign player and their family.
Being supported even before arriving makes a real difference for successful integration — and performance on the field.

Mental well-being matters so much!
