CAP HORIZON

This program is designed to support players and staff before, during, and after their club transition — whether in France or abroad.

If the player is alone starting at 2000€

Step into your new chapter with clarity, stability, and confidence:

• Before arrival: 2 sessions per month to prepare for the move to a new club, city, or region

• Upon arrival: 1 session per week during the first month to help you settle in

• 5-month follow-up:

  • 2 sessions per month (months 2 & 3)

  • 1 session per month (months 4 & 5)

With family support 3000€

Includes the full program outlined above, along with personalised coaching for the partner

• Individual coaching and listening space

• Tailored support for the partner: listening, coaching, and if needed, a career assessment

• Career assessment option

• Support with adaptation: dealing with isolation, finding new routines and points of reference
